- Do dishes right after eating! Or during eating. Even better: before eating.
- If it's secondary and non-urgent, don't do it at all - you're stealing from important and urgent.
- If you put off a run till late evening, it's not happening at all.
- If you believe you can get up earlier and do a run, you lie to yourself.
- Need to do something taking more than an hour? Just work under an assumption that DARPA failed back in 60s.
- Feeling shy about sending this email? No, you don't.

Invaluable Everyday Lessons
Among all the knowledge in the world, the most unnerving one is that you don't know and that you don't know you're supposed to know. But at the same time, it's a big step forward when you find such information. So, here's self-directed advice that I didn't know is priceless - and now I know it (to follow is a separate challenge).
