On Implicit References to Communism in American Popular Culture

After having watched this video several times (got stuck on it this evening), I thought up another interpretation for it.

A big black guy dressed like a pimp who appears on the market and puts the cassette into a huge stereosystem is supposed to represent a communist (or, rather, a commy revolutionary): in some sense, he dispossessed the shrewd merchants and gave valuables to the society.

Now what happens next is actually a criticism of left political wing: the pimp and all surrounding guys go mad and crush all the stuff (everything is social => not mine => can crush for fun), while merchants successfully evade the undesired effects (as of pure communism, they go to shady segment of economy).

Then, democrats represented by police come and enforce the rule of order, both over regular people and swift merchants. It is interesting that the democrat guy also gets struck by the melody in the end, but the destruction is much more limited.

Well, too bad I don't see any direct allusions on causality of things in this video: why does communism drive people mad and liberals do not? Is it because the trading class is handled differently or because the police is of the same color as common people no racist clues here?
